Affiliates Postback

Hi Guys,

Sorry about the title, not even sure im posting this in the correct section. Im aware that once a sale is made the success.tpl page is shown. What I now need to do is add some javascript to capture some additional information. The additional info will be used for affiliate sales, My variables will be

affid = xxx
amount = xxx
referrer = xxx

What Im not sure on is how do I get the amount of the sale in success.tpl to show. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

I found a quick way was to copy to session order var at the confirm stage and then use that at the success page.
