like climbing my store to my site?

I have my shop mounted on localhost, as I go to my web server? step by step please start now I'm back

1. Backup your localhost database with phpmyadmin
2. Create an empty database on the webhost
3. Import your backed up database to the new database you made on the webhost
4. Copy all files over from your localhost
5. Change the config.php and admin/config.php to match your server's HTTP and folder paths

Thanks for the answers .... but I have another problem as they do that? What the database already but as I have done to make data in it? And I have to put files?

I load the database, I get text has to go in my scrapbook?
