Checkout page has unwanted text

So I wanted to remove the sentence that said something like "Choose if you want to use a gift voucher, reward points, or estimate taxes etc.." I also disabled gift vouchers, and reward points. I did this through the cart.php. The problem is that under the "what would you like to do next" it says "text_next_choice" then it has a radio button to estimate shipping and taxes. I want to remove the "text_next_choice", and I can not see anywhere in the cart.php file where it is. My website is

So after a bit more tinkering I found it. Leave the quotes, but remove the text. I guess I should have spent 5 more minutes working on it.
