My website was working properly like 4 hours ago but now everything is messed up. There are extra pictures from similar products that opens up other websites and some words are linked to other websites even in control panel!!! Can anyone help please??!!!
Make sure this is not just happening on your computer - sounds like a toolbar or search extension you might have accidentally installed on your browser.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
probably an adware on your computer. Go get an adware scanner

There may be phishing attack as if control panel is affected even also check out with your system whether antivirus is protecting your system or not. If the issue is from website end you should get an SSL certificate which not only saves your website from phishing attacks although helpful to build customer trust towards security concerns.
Look at Directory-security for your Admin folder.
This will add another defense to you Admin.
