Fixed shippings costs with free shipping from certain amount

Hi,

I haven't found an extension so far which allows me to do following:
*we have fixed shipping costs based on the geo-location
*from a certain amount the shipping costs will become 0

Doesn't seem to complicated, but i can't find a way to do it...

You need an extension for shipping charges based on cart total. Take a look at Total-Based Shipping.
