Search by dynamic attributes

Hi Guys,
i'm unable to find a good 'Search by dynamic attributes' extension.
if i add a new attribute to a product i.e. capacity, and the value as capacity=5000; then in search this new attribute ('capacity') should be visible, and user be able to search capacity=5000, and select the product.

Please let me know any recommended extensions.

Smart Search can search on attributes, but they'd need to enter the search as "capacity 5000". If you wanted the = sign to be fine, you could just add a pre-search replacement to treat = signs as spaces.
