would be cool to have an internal rating system of suppliers

admin could rate suppliers for quality, turnaround, return, communication, and other factors to see which suppliers tend to be better than others

the idea is to have an internal rating system of suppliers so admin/staff can look over inventory and rate the quality of items, the timeliness of shipments, and other factors to help nail down which suppliers are the best to work with for this or that product
