Install process improvements

Hi again and many congratulations for OpenCart project,

I have 2 features request for the installation process.
1.- Could it be possible to have a checkbox to allow the decision of installing or not the demo data (like Prestashop, Joomla, ...). It's good to have a fresh install for production.
2.- When installing, it could be good to put the new name for the admin folder or to add the line: define('DIR_ADMIN', 'default_admin_directory') in config.php so in this case, each developper can take the DIR_ADMIN variable instead of the hard coded admin directory name (ex: the additional products tab & ziconize menu) and in this case we don't have to change this in each new addons installed.
