I always like looking at store that our selling dog clothing as this is something I have always wanted to sell myself. Please see my comments about your store below:
Pros
- Landline phone number and mailing address
- Additional information including a size guide.
- Simple, well laid out theme and logo.
Cons
- Returns page / the sidebar widget is aligned left and is being hidden behind the returns form.
- Your terms and conditions page is the same as your privacy page. they should be different also you need to include some information about returns.
- Last on your product detail page you state "As you can see from our additional images....." But there are not additional images on the product page and could not see them any where on the site.
