Personalized watch and clock faces - an interesting concept and not one I have come across before but I can see the attraction.

Just a couple of pointers:

* Home page feels a little cluttered. I would focus on attracting customers in first of all and then allowing them to explore and read more once they are interested. I would therefore, place the banner at the top showing the process and break up the sections a bit so that it has a clear structure

*Telephone number - you don't appear to have one displayed (checked Contact Us, About etc) so you could lose out on customers if they cannot see any contact number as they may want the assurance of being able to call someone to discuss their requirements prior to placing an order. This could be especially important if you wish to attract businesses to buy in bulk for promotion. Get yourself a land-line number or get a geographical number and re-direct to a mobile if you are able and willing to take calls.

* If you accept Credit and Debit cards online (or over the telephone) add the card logos to your website and show that you use secure payment methods.

As I said, these are just a few pointers. Best of luck!

Payment Gateway for UK Merchants - PCI Level 1 Compliant - Free OpenCart Module

Accept Credit and Debit cards for less (from just £12.00 per month with 500 transactions included)

Hi there,

I completely agree with everything "Total Web" has said but also I would add, please correct me if I am wrong. But where on your site do you upload the image for the watch?

As it says "Create your watch in Three easy steps" but I can not see step two?

Vipster, it looks like you upload the file once you have added the chosen watch or clock to the basket. Within the checkout there is an upload button where you can submit the file. What I couldn't see was whether or not there was a preview option where you could upload the image and then could see it against each of the types of watch - that would be very useful.

yes thats correct way but you wont be able to upload anything unless registered.. and preview will be available after order is placed, once customer is satisfied we begin production... but we are also working on an instant preview thing so hopefully very soon it will be available too

Hi there,

Thank you for clearing that up. Just to let you know on Google Chrome Version 25.0.1364.152 there is not image upload button on the checkout page.

Last thing (just my view) on two of your pages you have Google AdSense ads.
http://www.megawatchshop.com/premium_qu ... o_watch_uk
http://www.megawatchshop.com/about_us

I would remove these, as in my humble option they cheapen the site.

Good Luck with it.

thank you for reply.. infact i also use chrome and upload option is there.. once you have added in the basket click shopping cart and there u can upload files what i feel is more important at this time is having file upload available with product options that will be more easy... and lastly we removed all google ads since the website upgrade from previous version and i guess these somehow escapted the deletion :) thanks for pointing that out its now fixed

best regards
