EXTENSION REQUEST-Current average shipping time

I am in need of a custom extension to be made. I work with custom made products on my website, our ship times vary depending upon our order workload.

I would like to provide visitors to my website the average ship time of our current orders. Here is my explanation of how I think the module would work.
-Program looks at orders marked as shipped within the last 72 hours, and then looks at when those orders were originally placed to get the number of days it took to ship the holster (average).
-I need a method of displaying the information to the customer on the website
-Program should, at minimum, output the daily data to a csv file with the date, average ship time calculated, number of orders used to calculate the average date. It should also create another csv file with each order number, order date, ship date, and total days to ship.


-Module must make use of Vqmod with no changes to core files.
-Module must allow for the changing of parameters that determine our average ship time (can require editing PHP file, does not need to be graphical)
-Module front end (to be displayed to all customers) needs to be editable using html/css
-I must have rights to take the extension, and modify it to meet my needs
-I am not looking for the rights to redistribute the work, if you want to make the module, and offer it for sale later, no problem, just as long as I am free to make any changes I see fit to the code that I'm running .
-Should you choose to offer the extension for sale in the future, I would like to have a license to any future updates you make on the extension.
