How to allow HTML (image) in the Tabs on product pages?

I'm trying to add a Nutrition Label as an image within the tab on the Product pages.

It's really unreadable, and not user-friendly.

How can I allow HTML (image) in the Tabs on product pages?
Is it in the tpl file?

Any code examples would be much appreciated!
