Help Me, how do i fix this error?

I just installed a new theme, now I am having a problem, whenever a customer checks out, the below error is displayed, how do i fix it?

Did you check if "catalog/view/theme/default/template/checkout/simplecheckout_shipping.tpl" does exist on your server?

you installed simple checkout extension. You are missing a file. Either re download from the extension you purchased or contact them for support.
