Error 1146...help!!!

Hi,

I installed the script and everything was going on fine but when i opened the site after installing it shows this

Error: Table 'ryanitga_database.zone_to_geo_zone' doesn't exist
Error No: 1146

redownload the latest version.

I've downloaded 1.3.4. and this is the same one that i've uploaded. So, why to download again???
