I'm looking for a extenstion that fill my needs. And my needs are these, please look below for example etc.
Shipping Steps
Shipping fee is based on the freight class product belongs. Shipping Fee for each shipping class are shown in the table below:
Shipping Class A 29 SEK
Freight Class B 49 SEK
Freight Class C 79 SEK
Freight Class D 99 SEK
Freight Class E 199 SEK
Freight Class H 39 SEK

You can see the freight class a product belonging when you click on the product. Movies, music, games (not console), books and merchandise belonging to such Shipping Class A and thus has a shipping fee of 29 SEK. Products supplied by Lekmer the freight class B, and products delivered from Comet is normally free shipping.

1 CD 99 SEK (Ship class A)
1 TV Series Box 249 SEK (Freight Class A)
1 PS3 games 199 SEK (Freight Class A)
1 Beech 99 SEK (Freight Class A)
Total: 646 SEK
Shipping: 29 SEK
Total: 675 SEK

Example 2:
1 cell phone 299 SEK (Freight Class B)
1 CD 99 SEK (Ship class A)
Total: 398 SEK
Shipping: 49 SEK
Total: 447 SEK

Example 3:
1 CD 99 SEK (Ship class A)
1 Onkyo home theater system 2995 SEK (Ship class C)
1 PS3 games 299 SEK (Freight Class A)
Total: 3393 SEK
Shipping: 79 SEK
Total: 3472 SEK

Seems like you could do this with Product-Based Shipping. Or, if your shipping rates are cleanly divided along category lines, Category-Based Shipping
