problem with response.php

Dear all,
After installing the french language, I've problem with response.php :

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home.10.14/nmayer/www/opencart/catalog/language/french/controller/account_create.php:1) in /home.10.14/nmayer/www/opencart/library/environment/response.php on line 23

Can someone help me please?

possibly a php syntax error in your language file

It seems to be already quoted problem - some text editors add utf-8 leading characters, which are invisible for eyes but are make problem for php. Try opening that file in another editor (I have tried pspad with exactly the same issue) and save it.

This should fix it.
