Money Order and Check Problem

I did everything that has been written in the install.txt but without any succes to install the check and Money order module.

Extension Name: for both Check and  Money Order
* Extension Name must be greater than 3 and less than 128 characters!

Description: Check Payments and Money Order Payments
* Description must be greater than 3 and less than 255 characters!

Furthermore, I don't have the "Click the "+" icon next to the module to install it."?

I only have the "Save" option in the top menu.

Help please!

1. Upload all files in the upload folder to the root of your OpenCart
installation. When prompted overwrite existing files (should only
prompt for one "file.php") this is the modified language file.

this should be clear

2. Log in to your opencart installation, go to Extension >> Payments click the
"Insert" button to add the modules, use the settings below for each module.
   
Extension Name: Check
Description: Check Payments
 
    Code: check
Directory: payment
Filename: check.php
Controller: payment_check

when you fill in provided items, you should click save icon, then you will be redirected back to the list, where there will be check extension (with green minus on the right side). The same steps should be applied with the second (money order) module.

    Code: moneyorder
Directory: payment
Filename: moneyorder.php
Controller: payment_moneyorder

3. Click the "+" icon next to the module to install it.

The rest of the manual should be clear to understand, I have tried to install it by myself yesterday and everything works fine

I have seen the problem. You have to add the same text in the (in this case) German language too.

Extension Name: Check
Description: Check Payments

Extension Name: Money Order
Description: Money Order Payments

Both in German language fields!
