0.6.3 Bug :: Adding Products - Duplicate entry

Error: Duplicate entry '5-1' for key 1
Error No: 1062
insert into product_description set product_id = '5', language_id = '1', name = 'Face & Body Scrub', description = 'Face & Body Scrub'

I noticed a few issues with adding products. If you enter only the product name, You get an error requesting description. I don't think the description should be required. I press save again and still back to the same page and nothing noticeable that I have done wrong. I press save again and still nothing. I click on the 2nd tab and I see an error. I enter in a model name, again should not be required as not all products have models.. Why complicate it.. After entering a model number in I get the following error. I presume rows were being created with each of the saves that failed with an error.
