Individual special offer prices for product options

I am looking to replicate this kind of setup, where the special offer prices are shown for each option, but they don't have to have the same special offer (like the default). So each option may or may not be on offer, and can have individual prices.

So one size may be on offer (and shown in red) and another size may not be on offer (and shows price in black).

I would expect this to be a feature of the default (I am using v1.5.1.3) but alas no.

If anyone is willing to help I am willing to pay.

you can use description to enter the old price with through text and red text for new price
