Just wondering whether anyone here has used Shopify before? If not, take a look at their product tour:

I like the simplicity of their administration panel. The pages are very nicely presented so I thought having a browse or watching the tour video might assist the OpenCart team to create even better layouts in future.

We have been using Shopify for more than 1.5 years. It was dead easy to setup and works well. The biggest downsides are the cost (we use the $60/month + 1% of sales plan) and are looking to move to opencart. v1.5 is pretty sweet, Im just finishing up an importer that will go from our Point Of Sale to opencart.
I have used Shopify and have found OpenCart heaps easier to customise and change... feel free to view http://www.prochem.net.nz to view a custom setup

Hello,
Actually both solutions are user-friendly. But OC has much more features straight out of the box. And it will cost you less even if you hire a developer or a web designer to help you with your store. For those who are looking for details check this review.
