Auto Fill Shopping Cart

Hi,
im not sure if this would be possible but could there be a way that when a user logs in the shopping cart can be displayed with all products and a 0 (zero) quantity next to it so the customer can insert the desired quantity only?
This is mainly for a wholesale order site, where bulk purchases of some products are purchased at a time???

or is there an extension to display all the products in a list with the quantity box and add to cart next to it (basically the same thing)?

I have looked around but could find anything . .
