Image links instead of text links in subcategories.

I had a website designed for me using Open Cart. I edit the site through the administration page via www.mysite.com/admin. When you click on a link and it takes you to the page it says "Refine Search" and gives you text links to the subcategories. How can I change these text links into Image links?

I did this by inserting images in the description and then linking them to my web pages. I think it works pretty well.
