Checkout Trigger Messages - items, shipping, payment

would be cool if there were some special notes that could be triggered during checkout to alert the customer to any special conditions

these don't have to be alerts but perhaps they could be extra divs that slide down near the trigger issue

the messages could be targetted by item, shipping, any special limitations, payment method, whatever

so, if you order 100,000 of item 123, the message might be "this size order may take longer than usual, about 6-8 weeks)

or, because your cart contains Item 345, shipping is limited to surface ground

things like that

i know that there are lots of great shipping and payment extensions, it's just that having a very obvious note helps to improve customer awareness and thus helps to reduce any issues.
