I put it back up but it will be completely unsupported. You're on your own if it doesn't work.warface wrote:Where I can find it ?
I put up a legacy version that's compatible with it but I no longer provide any support for it.AllByte wrote:I was planning on using Option Boost to track sku's as each item-color-size has it's own sku. Will this extension allow that?

Will this allow the customer to have drop down menu or click options that have different pricing options depending on what is chosen rather then tshirt is £10 regardless of options chosen.
Would we be able to assign different prices for every selection. In the demo administration all option prices were zero I was wondering if we can change those or not. For example make black shirts more expensive than white shirts
Sorry to be a quick pain what if i wanted on the same product to use a downloadable version and also a hard version. So for instance an option to buy a picture. One of the drop down options would be 'downloadable' and then another would be 'printed' If when a customer choses downloadable will it be able to offer this and on the same product offer a posted one?
I don't really understand the question. I will say, again, that Dependent Options changes nothing but which options are displayed for a product based on user input. Nothing else about an OpenCart installation is different.

Can this work similar to eBay multi listings where you have a drop down and based on that you see the price being updated once selected?
For example you may buy a 5 pack , 10 pack etc which costs more..

Love the extension. I am still working on my site so it is not 'live' yet, I am using OC 1.5.4, I do NOT have options boost or anything.
I have different graphics that can be put on different products. So my first option is for what product the customer would want. One of the parent options is clothing, then there is a child option of: cut/style(women, adult, toddler, etc), clothing color, graphic color, sizing and such. Under clothing all these options are listed as required. If I choose a different parent option like window decal and click the "add to cart" button it will come up saying the clothing child options are required to check out. I hope that makes sense.
Did not know if I missed something or not, I will just change them for now to not be required.
Thank you

Hi
I bought this extension, very nice, but I can not understand a thing.
When I enter the options, the system tells me I am duplicating the option, but the combination is different. How can I force this?
I have attached two screenshots to see the problem, it is in Italian, but you can see the same.

In the current version you can't have the same option or option value more than once as it could confuse the system. You can currently work around the issue by adding an option or option value with a similar name. You can find more information in the readme.pdf file.

and if we take that control? What's going on?
The file readme.pdf I read it all, but after purchasing
I have also tried to reverse the products, I have tried all the solutions, but there is no system.
In a few words, so I can not use it, that limitation blocks the true function

Any Ideas how to resolve this?

Dear, rph.
In my shop is not 10 or 20 products. Thousands of them. And I can not do for each individual option values.
The structure of the relationship is simple:
Has the goods:
1) Availability - "Available", "Order".
2) Size - "Size 1", "Size 2", "Size 3", etc.
3) Color - "Color 1", "Color 2", etc.
The store can be products with options:
Product 1 - Available - Size 1 - Color 1
Product 1 - Order - Size 1 - Color 1
Product 2 - Order - Size 1 - Color 1
Product 2 - Order - Size 2 - Color 2
Your proposal to combine children to the parent option is not appropriate.
In this case, an important condition - the choice of all the options required.
I think the restriction, if a parent has a status of "must" in the form of two required values of options - wrong.
How can I fix it?
If you specify all of this huge number of constraints for the module on the start of page, I would not buy it and would order the creation of a module for the programmer.
But now I ask for help and hope you can do it.
