Copy of Manufacturers issue on front end [solved]

Okay, so I read a ton of posts and cannot solve 1 issue.

I copied the manufacturer section to theme (shop by theme). Worked out everything on the backend and all is well there. I can add any product to a theme with no issue.

BUT when I view the front end - http://www.scifi-collector.com/shop-by-theme - for some stupid reason I cannot figure out, it is not restricting the display to the theme I've set. Right now I only have 1 product each set for theme > doctor who and one for theme > harry potter. BUT all products regardless of theme is showing if you click on the links Double checked and the manufacturer pages I copied are showing correctly - only showing the products set to that manufacturer like they should, so I'm really stuck on why it won't work correctly for theme

I copied the manufacturer.php (in model & controller) and template manufacturer_info.tpl and manufacturer_list.tpl renaming them themex.x and renamed everything within them from manufacturer to theme matching case as well.

Any idea what I'm missing???

Anyone know what part of the code controls this function? My eyes are going crossed trying to find it
