I installed opencart and got this error after the install:
Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'setting' at line 1
Error No: 1064
SELECT * FROM setting
Might anyone know what this means ??

The SQL statement is valid. This would leave me to believe that the "setting" database table does not exist. I would try re-running the install, or make sure your database was populated.
