Checkout buttons

Hi,

Currently my checkout has buttons for each option but when we get to the last option which is to submit the checkout process the last item doesn't have a button. See screenshot.

Can anyone help me locate the code for this?? I'm struggling.

what happens when you check the confirm order box?

that may be the key to the mystery...

or you need to check your cart and checkout files to see if you have erased something or commented out something maybe.
