Problem installing Google Maps extension

Hi,
Just installed Google Maps, followed the simple installation instructions to the letter but get the following message:

.../vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_library_language.php on line 41

Although I have seen similar posts on here for different extensions I've seen nothing specific to Google Maps. Part of the installation process is to add English and Greek languages to the relevant directories within ADMIN and CATALOG which I have done and can confirm on checking visually on the server that they're there.

I used the latest version of Google Maps (v1.1.0) and Open Cart 1.5.2.1

Any help appreciated.
