Custom Theme

Hello,

I would like a opencart theme created.
I will purchase ups module and offline credit card process.
I would like it to be similar to the two stores below, simple but clean. I already have all my ideas in order and will work with you best I can.

Two example sites:
http://www.tillys.com/tillys/ <-- like flash homepage and some other features, like area headers and such.
http://kr3wdenim.com/collection/ <-- love this whole site and want to copy this template header, product layout and the way side nav has ajax.

Please give me a rough price on creating this layout, if price is right we can proceed, ready to get a reliable webstore with heavy amount of products.
