Freely Editing Footer selected links

I think this option is very important because we sometimes not only need to remove links from the footer but also we want add links outside the store without affecting the blocks list number for example, a blog for news hosted on blogger or wordpress , any external link without manually adding it. Another option is changing a block links from right to left or middle.
