Checkout page is frozen, step 1 never starts

all my config files are set correctly for https but when I go to https://stldiesel.com/index.php?route=checkout/checkout nothing happens please go to this link, I cannot figure out what is wrong please help!

Checkout works fine for me, try clearing your browser cache.

I think this has to do with IE9/Chrome and secure/insecure content on the page. I am getting this in IE9 and Chrome, but not the other browsers. Not sure yet how to repair it.
