Enlarge the companyname registration field

How to enlarge the registration name of the company?
If I insert the name :
"abcde-abcdef sas di 1234567 12345678 & C"
It will be too much long and cutted.

Run the following SQL:

ALTER TABLE `address` CHANGE `company` `company` VARCHAR(40) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_bin NOT NULL
