How to get a Paypal Shipping info back to Opencart?

I ship all of my products via USPS through paypal and would really like the shipping information to be passed from paypal back to opencart for my customers to see. Does anyone know if there is an extension that provides for this?

I just manually paste in dc numbers in the order tracking mod I have. I am not sure if Paypal can do this as I know stamps.com which I use always has issues trying to update it to Paypal and it is *supposed* to do that. But I get an error that it "cannot contact" paypal to update, so useless anyway
