Internet Explorer does not display the...

Hello everyone,
I have a website (http://www.new-wordpress-themes.com). It works great on Google Chrome. It seems that Internet explorer and FireFox can not pick the "Style" and therefore, they do not display my header and my Background image.

Here is the code snippet for the Background and the header:

Please help me fix this...Urgent!
I saw an other style sheet in the theme folder for IE6. Does it have something to do with this problem. Is there something I should do about that Stylesheet?
