Confirm order button does not work

Dear Opencart experts,

I made a new opencart webshop, thought i cannot use the confirm order button anymore...

I have been searching the whole web for answere's but there seems to be none that can help me.

When i press the Confirm order button it will not redirect u to the success page, the wait image next to the button stays on en when u click more often there will come more of those waiting images.

Could anyone please help me?

The error is:

Looks like the address_2 field is missing from the payment form.
