After migration from Prestashop, Opencart works very slow!

Two days ago, I migrate all products from prestashop, more than 6000 products. Now my shop works very, very slow. Maybe you know why?

You have uploaded a big amount of data so it is not surprising that the new site is slowed down. Maybe you should modify OpenCart settings to make it work faster. And maybe the issue happened while store transfer.
I have migrated from Presta to Open Cart as well but my site worked correctly from the start. the thing is, i got a little help of one web service. so i had an automated data transfer. The data migrated accurately to a new database, I have checked everything immediately, and had no issues ever after.
