VQMOD error on templates

Hi. I have tried with several templates for my OC 1.5.3, and some work, other dont.

The themes that do not work, generates this error:

Can anybody give me a hint how to fix this issue? The themes I have downloaded, are for 1.5.3 as well.

Well either you're using a series of templates that all have 'include_header.tpl' in them, or it's something you are adding yourself, or by a badly written vqmod. Scrap or fix the include_header.tpl with a proper , full path include.
