Hi i was wondering how the returns feature works.

I tried a test, i filled out the info and entered the random code into the box and i thought i might have rececived a email or something to say a customer has asked for a return. I put my own email in there and again i had hoped that i would be sent confirmation of the return.

I have look in admin area and all i can find is a report section for returns.

Can someone explain to me how this works?

Hey there, did you ever get the return request to send you an email notification of a customer return request? I cant find where that is done.
