A couple of shopping cart requests

Hello!

I'm currently building a store that sells promotional products. Custom pens, mugs, business cards, etc. I'd like to have a "Pay after approval" option in addition to my Paypal checkout that I have set up now. Is it possible to set up Pay After Approval" and the Paypal checkout during the checkout process? In admin, it would have to let me know which payment option they chose in the status field as well.

ALSO...

I'd like to have a file upload during the checkout process that ties that file to the order in admin.

If there are mods already for these options, please point me in the right direction.. If someone would like to take on these challenges, I'd appreciate it!
