Making registration field

Hi, I would like to buy a extension. But I got few question.

My objective is to customize the customer registration field in customer registration page (Not checkout). Hope it will customize checkout too when make changes on customer registration page.

Feature I need
1. Customer able to choose the account type they would like to register.
2. Email confirmation and verification
3. Customize the registration field.
4. Specific field and required to fill field only show up when customer choose different account type.

Adding a registration field is a little more complex than just adding editing the template file.
You need to edit the template file, implement a validation script to meet the field requirements, modify the database to store the field, edit the adminm end so you can see the custom fields....
