Hi all!

I am looking at implementing opencart for my upcoming website business.

Is it possible to apply a credit to a customers account? ie. once a customer makes a purchase, can we assign a dollar value credit for the customer so that it can be used next time they order something from the shop?

Not in the core product.

However, you could create your own payment extension that did this. It would require some new tables to contain the credits and transactions.

You would also need to modify the customer administration so that you could add credit.

If you want someone else to do it, you will have to produce a fairly detailed functional specification.
