This is an SMS Sender based on clickatell.
Here are the steps to make it work.
1. Register an account in www.clickatell.com. Now new registers have 10 free messages to send.
2. You will recieve an email which contains: Client ID, UserName and Password.
3. Login to www.clickatell.com to get the ClickaTell API ID.
4. In the admin site, go to Extensions -> Modules -> ClickaTell, then fill your username, passwod and api id.
Then you could have test by a tool which is integrated into this module page. You just need to enter the Destination Mobile Number, then the mobile could receive the message. Free for all receivers.
5. In this module, there are three kinds of SMS.
a. send sms to your customer when he registers.
b. send sms to your customer when he place an order
c. send sms to your customer when you changes his order status.
In the "Add History" field of admin site, you need to enter the buyer's mobile code, then the email could be sent. This is in order to avoid wasting.
6. In this module, you could set sms country code for your customer. All the sms could be sent only when you have set the sms country code. If your customer's country address not in the countries you set, the sms will not be sent. This is also in order to avoid wasting.

hi,

i've installed the extension on oc1.5.4.1 it works well when testing sending sms using direct to 1 tel no. however i didn't receive any sms when register new account, purchase product or change order status even though it shows message sent.
