Shopping Cart in a custom location

Hi all, been using the older version of O/C for some time now and decided it was time to make the upgrade to V1.

I'm trying to build a custom template with the shopping basket located in the header of the page instead of in one of the columns but having serious problems, it was a simple change in the older version as it could be done in the style sheet and we are wanting to keep the basket in the same place on our new store.

I'm having the same problem.

I know it's possible to move a module in to the header, just unsure exactly how.

Does any one have any ideas on what needs changing to do this?
