showing a field in order

In our key listings, we have a section for "Location" which we input when we add a new item for sale, which tells us where the key is on our keyboards. We need this field to show in the sale we get sent when someone buys an item. How do we add this field from our listing, so it shows on the sale please.

In standard open cart, you can't. But you could mod the ordering process to do so by adding the location field to the ordering process so it can be called when sending the order email.
I suspect no one has answered your post because it is a mod which makes it a very long answer.
