Product Customization Module

Hello Developers,

I was looking for a mod that has the ability to make more than one customization option to a product. I was looking at something similar to the customize module listed on this website http://www.gemvara.com/jewelry/corsage- ... erald/2y53. If it already exist then great just point me in the right direction. If it doesn't exist I think this would probably be a great mod that many people would be looking for their own website.
