[ENHANCE] UPS Deluxe Addon

I've created an addon for the UPS extension that comes with OpenCart v1.4.9.5

By default, the UPS extension assumes ALL items go into 1 box. This is very limited for shops that sell larger items and UPS tries to cram them into the same package rate but in reality they need to be shipped separately. This addon adds the ability to enable individual packages per item. All done with a single vQmod script
