Complex Shipping - is this possible?

I have a client who wants this, and I don't know if its possible, or what Mod can do it. Any ideas? Happy to pay for help!

- UK Only
- £3.95, flat rate or
- FOC for orders over £40

...ok, that was easy, but then for these postcodes, they want specific flat rates:

• AB10, AB31-AB56
• All BT
• FK19-FK21
• All HS
• All IM
• IV1 - IV41 - IV51, IV55 - IV56 - IV63
• KA27, KA28
• KW1 - KW17
• PA20 - PA41, PA42 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PA88
• PH5 - PH50
• All ZE

GY – Guernsey

He has a lot of shipping extensions and they are excellent, if a little difficult to get your head around at times - I had to ask for help setting one up which was promptly dealt with.
