Problem with Google site map

Hello support team
I registered http://www.JusticeIsNeeded.com and added open cart for donation:
http://donation.justiceisneeded.com/

I activated Google base too
http://donation.justiceisneeded.com/ind ... oogle_base

But Google webmasters tools can not add it as a sitemap.
Anybody can help me ?
