make addres a link to google map

I tried to make the address a link to Google map, but couldn't make it work correctly. The Idea is that when the order send to admin mail (I receive the same copy of customer mail) when I click at address, it's just gonna go to Google map.

PS. Hopefully it's gonna work on cell phone. because we do food delivery, that would make it a bit easier.

Anyone knows how to call the address 1 to order.tpl ? I think that's what I need
