Fedex and USPS not showing up at the same time

There seems to be a problem with Fedex or UPS not showing up when you also have USPS enabled as a shipping method. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or know of a fix?

No, it does not. If USPS is enabled Fedex will not show regardless of the sort order.

The Fedex in 1.5.4 doesn't show up anyway as it isn't finished from what I understand.
